Newly hittin' it at age 50 - tips?

Hey, all.
I'm a lifelong fitness enthusiast - started working out at age 18 and kept it up all these years, did a triathlon 3 years ago, you know the drill. Weights, biking, mixed-martial arts training, swimming.
I'm 5'8 and currently 180 - I would say 15 lbs overweight, fatwise, and I just turned 50. I have muscle, too, just, you know, stuff on top of it here and there.
My girlfriend wants me to embark on a fitness regimen to get nice and cut and lean, like I was when I was what I would call my peak at
age 31. I weighed 153 at a photo shoot I did then, but that was after 2 weeks of tuna and 3-hour daily workouts

I recently found an old benchtop drill press in the garbage. It was vibrating a bit because the belt was on the wrong pulley. Its fixed now, and all it needs is a chuck key. Should i haul it to a place so it can be sized up for one?

    • There are universal chucks for particular manufacturers. go to the website for the company-enter model number-they will probably be able to locate one.
